I guess I'm allowed to post this.
I've been applying for a lot of comic jobs lately and they all require you to do sample pages.
This is a sample page for "a girl's comic" job that I didn't get. I was actually relieved because I would have had to do five finished, full color pages a week; which would have killed me.
Man, it was grueling drawing in that style!

THE FIRST FEW PANELS REMIND ME OF MY GRANDPA DYING. HE WAS GONNA TELL ME WHERE THE GOLD WAS BURIED, BUT HE FORGOT. IT WAS VERY ANTICLIMACTIC.
